Since entering the field of Real Estate since retiring from the Pentagon after serving our country as an U.S. Air Force officer for twenty years, I’ve been buying and selling homes as an agent, and currently, an Associate Broker, with Coldwell Banker Elite in Northern Virginia, and specifically, the Fredericksburg & Stafford communities. While we partner with various buyers and sellers, the Department of Defense (DoD) community makes up about seventy-five percent of our clientele. I try to make their step-by-step journey as smooth as possible by first, making sure they are informed, ahead of time, of what they can expect. Additionally, for those PCSing or making a change-of-station move, we attempt to assist them in contacting valuable area relocation resources, as well.
